Privacy policy

Policy version: October 7, 2026

This policy describes Keyword Research, the private research application operated by Dallas Brown at Adspred. Questions and requests can be sent to contact@adspred.com.

Information accessed

When an operator authorizes the application, Google supplies access credentials and permits the application to identify accessible Google Ads accounts. The application uses an account identifier and selected research terms, geographic settings and language settings to request aggregate keyword metrics. The keyword integration is awaiting Google's required access approval.

The application does not receive individual Google users' search histories through keyword planning. A Google Ads authorization may permit broader account access than the application's research functions require. The current research integration does not request campaign performance, customer lists, conversion records or billing details.

Purpose

Account identifiers and credentials enable authorized API requests. Aggregate keyword metrics support marketing research into public attention to brands, products, customer questions and emerging topics. Research terms and settings are transmitted to Google to obtain these results.

Storage and security

In the current desktop implementation, Google connection credentials are saved on the operator's Windows computer using encryption tied to that Windows user. Research results can be saved in the operator's workspace. Exported research and any backups are separate from the encrypted credential store. Credentials must not be included in reports or published website files.

Processing and sharing

Google processes API requests under its own terms and privacy policies. The operator uses OpenAI's Codex assistant to develop and run this research workflow; research requests, service responses and selected research outputs may be processed in that workspace. This policy does not replace the terms of Google, OpenAI or the operator's storage and backup services.

Aggregate findings may appear in research reports or dashboards. The application does not publish Google authorization credentials, private account identifiers or private advertising-account records as research content. Google account data is not sold or used to target advertisements.

Retention and removal

Connection credentials remain stored until the operator removes them. Research exports remain in the workspace until deleted; the current implementation does not automatically expire them. Contact contact@adspred.com to request disconnection or deletion of application-held account information. Removing access in Google prevents future authorized access but does not automatically delete files already saved by the operator.

Your controls

You can review and revoke Keyword Research's access through your Google Account connections. Requests to delete local records or related backups must also be made to the operator.

Changes

This policy will be updated when the application's data handling changes. The date below identifies this version of the policy.
